History Company
Anoosha Persia commercial production corporation was established in March 2007 in a family environment.
The company was established to join the olefin-poly manufacturing industry. Relying on the sound research bases and hardware facilities, in order to enter the national and international markets, it succeeded to obtain the exploitation license for manufacturing polyethylene pipes in 2012.The factory is situated in Eshtehard industrial park, the best place in Iran’s transportation network, in order to reduce costs and facilitate accessing to the raw material markets.
The production line machines are all new (manufactured in 2010 and 2011) and Europe-made (Austria, Germany, Italy and England) which include:
- Extruders (DIN 8074) manufactured by Cincinnati, Austria
- Hoppers, feeders, raw material degassers and drying silos, manufactured by Piovan, Italy
- Elements, PC, PLC, and Field Bus Manufactured by Siemens and Vacon, Germany
- Production line downstream, manufactured by Battenfeld-Cincinnati, Germany and Austria
- Control and measurement instrument and machinery, manufactured by ConPro, Germany; including: Gravimetric control, ultrasonic Scanner, and screen Changer
- Smart saws based on high technologies, manufactured by Sica, Itlay (model: TRK/SY)
- Printing machinery, manufactured by Domino, England (Class A), including D TreatorPlasma
- Other Machines Manufactured in Iran using Japanese parts from Djekon, Kito, and Nissan
Requirements of ISO/IEC17025 (Quality Control Laboratory) and ISO 9001-2008
And current standards ISIRI and IGS-M-PL-014-1 2 based on the requirements of EN1555 managed to develop a pressurized irrigation method, laboratory equipment requires a fundamental attitude required.
